Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
I loved the spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view and a well-equipped kitchen. The snorkeling was fantastic, and the friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable.
The beach had a significant seaweed problem, affecting the overall experience. The road leading to the hotel was difficult to navigate with many potholes.

excellent beachfront location, lovely decor in rooms, spacious bathrooms
Unattentive office staff for beach towels and kayaks!!! Cleaning schedule needs improvement—only serviced once in three days!!! Sand and debris were a nuisance without adequate cleaning supplies in the room!!!

Perfect for Families with Children
Our stay was quite nice,, the kids loved every minute! Juan at the front desk helped us plan a jungle tour that was the best excursion we ever had.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I suppose it was worth it.

9/10
We had a room with a view that was straighter'n a country road. Y'all, that water was just gorgeous! The staff were friendly like they were family. The only thing was the sand was a little messy sometimes. Spotted a critter or two, including a curious Coatimundi peekin' around. Just perfect for our beach stay!

It was just a great match for a brief retreat in Akumal with good price-quality ratio. The beach is protected by a reef, making it very safe for swimming and snorkeling, perfect for a relaxing day in the water. Bring your own snacks because food options can be a bit limited around the area.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed snorkeling trips to nearby cenotes and fantastic meals at local restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and the beach was lovely too. Definitely check out diving tours and bring your beach shoes. It’s perfect for groups, and the views from the balconies are breathtaking.
We had a bit of trouble with towels and bath linens, having to ask for them frequently. It’s worth bringing some extras for your stay to avoid the hassle.

Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, beach access, and 24-hour security. The staff even helped me with a phone charger on my first visit. I highly recommend bringing water shoes for the beach. I'm coming back for a weekend!

The charming beachfront location provided easy access to beautiful swimming and snorkeling opportunities, and the spacious balcony offered stunning ocean views for morning coffee. The friendly ambiance of the neighborhood made for a relaxing experience, though it would have been nice to have more local dining options or better grocery selections. Be prepared. beach shoes are necessary for the rocky parts of the shoreline.
